SHIPPING POLICY

In the instance that your parcel is unclaimed and/or returned to us by the courier, you will be automatically refunded the value of your order less the shipping charge.

REFUND POLICY

You have the right to cancel this Contract within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise this right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by visiting refunds in the my account section within the 14 day period commencing the day after you received the Product. The Product must be unopened or tampered with and in resalable condition.

To return the Product you must email: info@pnbeauty.co.uk to start the returns process. The Product you return must be unopened and in its original packaging, unless you are claiming that it is defective. The Product must be returned to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of this contract to us.

If the Product is not defective, the price of the Product returned will be refunded to you in full. You will have to bear the cost of returning the goods. We do not cover any shipping costs in the instance of a successful refund.

If the Product is defective in any way, we will offer you a refund and pay the cost of the delivery and return charges.

When we receive the returned product, we will make the reimbursement to you without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after we receive the Product back from you. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you
to pay for your purchase, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

If within the 14 day period commencing the day after you received the Product you have not notified us of cancellation of Contract or that a Product is defective in accordance with these terms, then you shall have no right to return the Product thereafter.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If within the 14 day period commencing the day after you received the Product you have not notified us of cancellation of Contract or that a Product is defective in accordance with these terms, then you shall have no right to return the Product thereafter. Please also attach an image of your item so we can understand to why it is being sent back to us.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too
